Which LoRaWAN networks does IOTPlatform support?

IOTPlatform is multi-operator by design, supporting Orange LoRa and The Things Network (TTN) out of the box. It is also multi-manufacturer, so your fleet can include devices from different vendors with no proprietary lock-in.

How reliable is IOTPlatform in production?

The platform has processed over 4 million frames with fewer than 10 incidents per year, delivering 99.5% to 99.9% uptime. It has been running in industrial production environments for more than 2 years.

How does automation work?

IOTPlatform uses an event-driven architecture where business rules are written in Python and triggered in real time as data arrives. You can automate actuator commands with send, control and retry logic, plus scheduled actions via built-in timers and a planner.

How is a new device integrated?

Adding a new device requires no development — only 4 configuration steps: define the frame dictionary (JSON), add business rules, declare commands, then test and deploy. The platform adapts to your use case, not the other way around.

How does frame decoding work?

IOTPlatform provides configurable frame dictionaries in JSON format with automatic unit conversion and threshold management. This intelligent decoding transforms raw LoRaWAN payloads into structured, ready-to-use data.

Are commands sent to actuators secure?

Yes. Commands are conditioned on radio signal quality, so actions are only dispatched when the device is reliably reachable. Every command is fully logged and proactive alerts notify operators of any anomaly.

What pricing plans are available?

Plans start at €4.99/month (Solo, up to 10 devices), then Starter at €99/month (50 devices), Plus at €299/month (250 devices), and Pro at €699/month (1 000 devices). Enterprise pricing is available on request.

Which plans include automation and actuator commands?

Automation rules and actuator commands are available from the Plus plan onwards (€299/month). Solo and Starter plans cover real-time data collection, frame dictionaries, and CSV exports.

Is white-labelling available?

White-label branding is included in the Plus and Pro plans, allowing you to present the platform under your own brand. Custom branding terms are negotiable for Enterprise customers.

What is the data retention policy?

Retention ranges from 1 month on Solo to 1 year on Starter, and 2 years on Plus and Pro. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom retention periods aligned with their regulatory requirements.

Is the platform hosted on a French sovereign cloud?

Yes. IOTPlatform is hosted on French sovereign infrastructure in partnership with B2 Network and Equinix, ensuring your operational data never leaves French territory and remains subject to French and European regulations.

Is professional configuration assistance available?

OAAS offers configuration and evolution assistance at €450 excl. VAT per day. This covers device onboarding, operator and equipment preparation, radio and functional testing, progressive validation, and threshold fine-tuning.
